The 30 -Days Breast Enlargement Routine

Follow this routine for 30 days, many women around the world have been using this traditional method to have fuller and larger breasts. I hope it works for you!



THINGS TO DO DAILY FOR 30 DAYS:

1. Breast Massage

During your bath, after soaping up your body, or after bath using lotion, massage your breasts for about 10 -15 minutes every day.

Start from your armpit, move your hands up towards your collarbone and smoothly down to your cleavage, curve upwards again from under your other breast and pull up towards your armpit. You will notice that you are creating a horizontal 8 shape.



This technique is one of the most effective breast massage techniques since it activates 4 main acupressure points on our breasts. It encourages blood circulation and removes blockages in our meridian. The meridian system is a concept in traditional Chinese medicine about a path through which the life-energy is known as "qi" flows. ( I will be posting another article soon about meridian and acupressure points, do subscribe so you can be notified!) Thus, it will encourage the growth of breast tissue.


2. Do specific workouts

Do workouts that will activate muscles near your breasts and target chest area. Just as how doing butt workouts will give us larger butt, same with breasts. Pushups are a very effective and simple workout that can be done from home. Start by lying on your stomach, cross your feet, put your hands straight on the floor just in front of your shoulders. Slowly lift yourself until your arms are extended, make sure your palms are balanced on the ground. Keep your back straight, and bend your elbows, lower yourself back down until you are parallel with the ground. Try not to touch the floor.

Every day, do 3 sets of 20 pushups. You can increase number of reps if you are stronger, or put knees on the ground if weaker.

Next, do wall ups, 3 sets of 20.
Stand 2 feet away from the wall, with your palms on the wall and arms extended. Lean slowly in towards the wall till your nose touches the wall.

3. Add estrogen rich foods into your daily meals

Estrogen rich food will encourage breast tissue growth. 

Drink more milk, or soya bean milk every day. Cow’s milk is enriched with estrogen, progesterone, and prolactin, which are required to produce milk in women, thus enhancing breast size. 

Include green leafy vegetables in every meal, these vegetables are also a good source of iron and calcium. Leafy vegetables help tone developed breasts, making them look fuller. Another reason to eat green leafy vegetables is they prevent the male testosterone production in women. This balances the hormones in a woman’s body and allows the natural estrogen level to control the body's functioning.

Snack on nuts as they are high in monosaturated fats, nuts are essential for building breast tissues and enhancing breast growth.

Include foods like flax seeds, fenugreek and fennel seeds in your diet.

4. Take a supplement to fasten the whole process

How to whiten your skin naturally

Let me share with you a very effective method to whiten your skin naturally, which has worked for myself, and many of my friends. As long as you follow this treatment plan consistently for 2–3 months, during this time frame you can start to see a gradual lightening skin tone. Follow these simple steps on alternate days.
Step 1. After washing your face in the morning, dab lemon juice solution mixed with either honey or water with a cotton bud. Let it stay on your face while you have your breakfast. You can pre-make the solution every 4 days and store it in your fridge in an airtight container. Slice abit of a lemon and squeeze the juice out. Add more honey and water if you have sensitive skin. Wash the lemon juice solution off your face after your meal, and apply moisturizer, then sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum cream-based sunscreen for more effective protection against harmful UVB and UVA rays, which darken your skin. Make sure you are using a sufficient amount of sunscreen, if not you are defeating the purpose of it.
Extra tip: If you have extra time daily, rub a slice of potato on your face. The slice of potato is best cold, not only does it help to lighten your skin if done daily, it helps prevent blemishes, minimize your pores and reduce puffiness.
Step 2. Have a balanced diet. Cut down on processed, sugary or oily foods. In your meals ( breakfast, lunch, and dinner). For drinks, change from drinking coffee to hot tea in the morning. Drinking tea lowers the peroxides which cause skin roughness. Tea contains polyphenol which is a very strong antioxidant. Hot tea will increase blood circulation and also give your face a rosy glow. Have fruits every day, especially fruits high in vitamin C content. Examples are kiwi, orange, strawberries, tomatoes. Consume more red and yellow vegetables like carrots, mangoes, pumpkins, etc. They are rich in phytochemicals and carotene, perking up the skin’s resistance power. Consume soy bean-based food daily. I drink a cup of soya milk in the afternoon everyday, and have tofu in at least one of my meals daily.
Step 3. In the evening, every two daysexfoliate using a gentle scrub. Use a skin whitening face mask afterwards. You can try making a rice mask (strong whitening properties and brightens skin) grinding uncooked rice into a fine powder, then mixing it with a bit of milk, honey or yoghurt for a thick paste. Some other combinations are oatmeal and honey, or almond powder and honey. Add a bit of your lemon juice solution to the masks for better lightening effect.
Remember, consistency is key. Try taking a picture of your face every week to see if there is any changes in your skin tone, and stick to the treatment for at least 2–3 months to see gradual lightening.

The Fastest Way to Lighten Pigmentation Caused by Acne


What is the cause of those dark marks which stay on our face even after our acne has healed?
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is just a form of skin pigmentation, like sunspots or age spots. These occur as a result of trauma to the skin. As it does not damage the follicle, it is not a true form of scarring. Thus, there is a way to revert back to your natural skin tone. It occurs when a pimple causes the skin to become inflamed. In response to the injury, the skin produces an increased amount of melanin which results in these dark spots.

Here are some of the fastest ways to lighten the dark spots on your face, for glowing and evenly toned facial complexion.

#1. Use vitamin C products on the dark spots

Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant, It reduces skin inflammation.It helps the surface of your skin appear smoother and firmer by activating cells called fibroblasts that make new collagen. It helps to repair damaged skin cells. Applying it to your skin feeds your skin protective antioxidants that fight free radical damage and inflammation caused by the sun, pollution and other factors. The key is using a product that has the L-ascorbic acid form of vitamin C—the only one that can penetrate the deep layers of your skin. 

While applying sunscreen is still the best way to prevent pigmentation and reduce the harmful effects of UV light, rubbing in a vitamin C-containing serum or lotion underneath counteracts to the small percentage of UV rays that can sneak through sunblock. Add it into your daily skincare routine. The L-ascorbic acid form of vitamin C has also been shown to interrupt the overproduction of pigment, called melanin; over time that can help lighten brown spots, what’s known as hyperpigmentation. Although Vitamin C is less effective than some other skin-lightening agents you’ll find, like hydroquinone, it’s milder and more ideal for sensitive skin. 

When choosing vitamin C skincare products, look on the ingredient list for L-ascorbic acid. And, because vitamins C and E are more effective as a team, look for products that list E’s active form, alpha-tocopherol. Remember that the closer an ingredient is to the top of the list on a product label, the higher its concentration. Whether you choose a serum, lotion or cream, ascorbic acid can degrade quickly when exposed to sunlight, so choose products in dark or opaque jars and store them safely away from sunlight.

#2. Use alpha-hydroxy-acids (AHAs)

Out of all the AHAs available, the most effective are glycolic and salicylic acids to help cure acne related pigmentation. AHAs are mainly used to exfoliate. They help to promote collagen and blood flow, correct discoloration from scars and age spots. They also prevent acne breakouts. AHAs help with the removal of dead skin cells and the renewal of skin to give a brighter and healthier glow. Use more sunscreen if you are adding AHAs to your routine since your skin will be more exposed and sensitive to UV rays.


#3. Use Retinol

Retinol is also known as Vitamin A, Retinoids reduce fine lines and wrinkles by increasing the production of collagen. They also stimulate the production of new blood vessels in the skin, which improves skin color.

#4. Change our diet to consume more healthy fruits and vegetables

Decrease consumption of oily or sugary foods to see brighter and healthier skin complexion.
Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, anchovies, sardines, and mackerel contain lots of antioxidant properties to help reduce inflammation on your skin. They're high in retinol (also known as Vitamin A) that help improve skin regeneration so that your acne scars heal faster.

Consume more fruits like oranges, kiwi, papaya. Tomatoes are also a good choice. Foods which are high in antioxidants will lighten your pigmentation and brighten your skin tone.

How to reduce the effects of pigmentation and skin disorders like vitiligo

In today's article, I will be covering how harmful UV rays causes pigmentation on our skin, and also introduce you to a way to help reduce the effects of pigmentation disorders such as melasma and vitiligo. Skin pigmentation problems (sun spots, age spots, etc) are mainly caused by the excessive production of melanin. Melanin is a pigment that gives our skin a darker color. Whenever our skin is exposed to UV rays, melanin is produced, which is our body's natural way of counteracting the damages caused by the harmful UV rays. skin pigmentation can also be caused when there is damage to our skin tissues, such as acne scarring, which leaves dark marks on our skin and causes an uneven tone on our face.

To reduce skin pigmentation, preventive measures are very important. I used to think that it was not necessary to wear sunblock if it was a rainy day or not sunny. However, UV rays are present as long as it is day time, and will definitely harm our skin and cause pigmentation in the long run. We might not see the harmful effects of UV rays on our skin surface now, but if we continue exposing our bare face under the sun, the pigmentations will grow darker as we age and our skin elasticity weakens.

This image shows how UV penetrates layers deep into our skin, unless we put sunscreen on, which reflects the UV rays away from our face. Just like how doing frequent strenuous exercises can impact our joints and cause our ligaments to wear out as we age, facing the sun without protection can cause our skin to wear out over time, losing its glow and causes pigmentation and darkening of skin tone over time. Damage from UV exposure is cumulative and increases your risk for skin cancer over time. While your body can repair some of the DNA damage on skin cells, it cannot repair all of it.

In more scientific terms, UV radiation can trigger DNA damage in the nucleus of keratinocytes, which induces the production of melanin by melanocytes. The melanin is then transported to keratinocytes and manifests as darker pigmentation. An increasing amount of data accumulate to support a role for UV exposure in the development of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. Let us take prevention measures now and make sure to put on sunblock every day, to reduce pigmentation, prevent wrinkles and even prevent skin cancer.

I recommend using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with higher SPF if you are going to be outdoors, especially if for prolonged periods of time. Take note that the effectiveness of your SPF, no matter how high or low depends on how well you apply it. People typically only apply 25 to 50 percent of the rated amount. So if you are using SPF 30 sunscreen, you might only be getting SPF 7 in reality. Reapply every 2 hours and pay attention to often missed spots such as your eyelids, scalp, and hairline. Make sure to find a sunblock with 'broad-spectrum' on the label as well to protect yourself from UVA rays as well, which is responsible for early skin aging and skin cancer, while UVB rays are responsible for sunburn.
