THINGS TO DO DAILY FOR 30 DAYS:
1. Breast Massage
During your bath, after soaping up your body, or after bath using lotion, massage your breasts for about 10 -15 minutes every day.
Start from your armpit, move your hands up towards your collarbone and smoothly down to your cleavage, curve upwards again from under your other breast and pull up towards your armpit. You will notice that you are creating a horizontal 8 shape.
This technique is one of the most effective breast massage techniques since it activates 4 main acupressure points on our breasts. It encourages blood circulation and removes blockages in our meridian. The meridian system is a concept in traditional Chinese medicine about a path through which the life-energy is known as "qi" flows. 2. Do specific workouts
Do workouts that will activate muscles near your breasts and target chest area. Just as how doing butt workouts will give us larger butt, same with breasts. Pushups are a very effective and simple workout that can be done from home. Start by lying on your stomach, cross your feet, put your hands straight on the floor just in front of your shoulders. Slowly lift yourself until your arms are extended, make sure your palms are balanced on the ground. Keep your back straight, and bend your elbows, lower yourself back down until you are parallel with the ground. Try not to touch the floor.
Every day, do 3 sets of 20 pushups. You can increase number of reps if you are stronger, or put knees on the ground if weaker.
Next, do wall ups, 3 sets of 20.
Stand 2 feet away from the wall, with your palms on the wall and arms extended. Lean slowly in towards the wall till your nose touches the wall.
3. Add estrogen rich foods into your daily meals
Estrogen rich food will encourage breast tissue growth.
Drink more milk, or soya bean milk every day. Cow’s milk is enriched with estrogen, progesterone, and prolactin, which are required to produce milk in women, thus enhancing breast size.
Include green leafy vegetables in every meal, these vegetables are also a good source of iron and calcium. Leafy vegetables help tone developed breasts, making them look fuller. Another reason to eat green leafy vegetables is they prevent the male testosterone production in women. This balances the hormones in a woman’s body and allows the natural estrogen level to control the body's functioning.
Snack on nuts as they are high in monosaturated fats, nuts are essential for building breast tissues and enhancing breast growth.
